Folklore and medieval mask making workshop

The weird and wonderful world of British folklore has landed at Jarrow Hall.

Artist in residence Andrew Bates will take you on a creative journey to create masks that resemble the creatures that still lurk in the shadows and roam the country side.

Learn about the medieval world and customs that would warn off pesky elves that sour your milk!

With your own mask you can join the Jarrow Hall Halloween costume parade and be ready for trick or treating when you get home!
