Event Details

Join us for Half Term craft activities inspired by one of the toys from our Social History Collection, currently part of our brand new exhibition “Women in Jarrow: a Herstory”. Come and make your own toy-horse after visiting our cute ponies down on the Anglo-Saxon Farm and seeing an Anglo-Saxon stone carving of a horse’s head in our archaeological museum! This is included with admission and supported by a member of our education team on Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and noon then 1pm and 3pm.

We are open:
Mid-February to Mid-December.
Thursday – Sunday
10:00am – 4:00pm daily
Please note: We are closed for a few weeks over winter but your ticket pass can be used for a full 12 month period.
We are open additional days during South Tyneside School Summer Holidays.
