The Anglo-Saxon Village has three full-scale buildings constructed nearly thirty years ago using traditional techniques and based on excavations which took place in Northumberland – the Thirlings Hall, Monastic workshop and Grubenhaus

Location
Located 9 miles from Newcastle and 4 minute walk from the Church Bank, Jarrow bus station.
Any money that we make from location fees is ploughed directly back into the funding we need to support the ongoing conservation and improvements to Jarrow Hall Anglo-Saxon Farm, Village and Bede Museum.
Note
Location filming and photography shoots are welcome, as each booking helps us to continue valuable conservation work and ongoing improvements across Jarrow Hall Anglo-Saxon Farm, Village and Bede Museum.
Filming or (professional) photography cannot be undertaken without a contract being in place which has been signed by both parties.
