Young Archaeologists' Club

We are proud to be an official provider of YAC – the only UK-wide club where 8-16 year olds can participate in real archaeology and discover why it matters.

Unearth history and learn skills from the past. Led by one of our archaeologists, our monthly programme brings you hands on experiments with real archaeological material from our Anglo-Saxon site, with a different focus every month.

YAC sessions usually run on the last Saturday of the month* and are split across two separate age groups: ages 8-12 from 10am-12pm and 13-16 from 1-3pm.
